Service Requirements* Please provide a link to your media. This should be through a file sharing service such as WeTransfer, Dropbox, Onedrive, pCloud etc. - please do not provide YouTube URLs or similar as media must be downloadable rather than streamed through an online platform.

Unless you say otherwise, transcription will commence at the start of the media file and end at its conclusion or the 15 minute mark (whichever comes first). If you need only a specific section of a file transcribed, please be sure to clearly state the start and end times.

Where it occurs, to minimise unclear markers, please list any industry or sector specific terminology or jargon which may be unfamiliar.

Terms and Conditions*

I, the buyer, confirm that the audio provided to be transcribed is in English and understand that the transcription will be conducted in British English. 

I acknowledge that every effort will be made by BGPS to transcribe as accurately as possible but unintelligible sections - including but not limited to audio that is quiet, muffled, rushed, obscured by noise, obscured by interference, obscured by cross talk; has unclear or unfamiliar names, organisations or places; is in languages other than English - may be omitted (marked with a timestamp for review) and no liability will be accepted by BGPS for these omissions no matter how significant, frequent or extended they may be. 

I understand that this transcription service product is limited to 15 (fifteen) minutes of audio or video only and that in the case where I provide longer media, transcription will cease at the duration limit with no further transcription completed outside of an additional service.


I understand and agree that once this project has been accepted and payment has been made, I cannot request a cancellation or a refund. I acknowledge that Ben Gamblin Professional Services retains the right to reject a submitted project at any stage (with an appropriate refund if cancelled after payment has been made) for any reason.

Submit Your Order After you submit your order, it will be sent for approval. A response either accepting the order or declining it will usually be returned within one hour (8am - 8pm, UK).

If your order is approved, you will be given the option to pay through PayPal, after which the order will commence. You can cancel your order at any point up until payment is made.

Privacy notice: The information requested in this form is required for the purpose of communicating your order, updating you to its process and supplying you with a final product at its conclusion (where applicable). Data collected is used solely for this use and will not be processed in connection to any other purpose, nor will it be passed to any third party. You will be required to use and provide data to PayPal at the payment stage. That data is covered by PayPal's own data policies which you should check independently before confirming an order. Where you explicitly agree as per the check-box above, your email address may be held on a mailing list used for occasional service updates. If you consent to this, you can withdraw that consent at any time.
